We work closely with nearby universities and support motivated and committed students on their path to successfully completing their degrees.

Our programme is aimed at both technically-oriented students (e.g. mechanical engineering, computer science, etc.) and business-oriented students (e.g. business administration, marketing, industrial engineering, etc.).
As well as the opportunity to work in a young and dynamic team, gain valuable practical experience and receive support from highly qualified specialists, we also offer you an attractive monthly stipend.

And after that?

Many of our former students now contribute to the success of our company in a variety of roles.

As a medium-sized family-run business, we offer you the ideal conditions for a successful start to your career. A mentor will be on hand to support you throughout your training.

One-year work placements

Want to have a go?

We offer one-year work placements in the fields of business and administration, IT and electrical engineering. You’ll be quickly integrated into the company, take on tasks independently and gain a real insight into day-to-day operations.

Once you have successfully completed your one-year work placement and obtained your university entrance qualification, you will have the opportunity to continue your training with us.

And after that?

Many of our former apprentices and work experience students now contribute to the success of our company in a variety of roles.
