Robert Wachendorff visits SPN China
On 16.3.12 Robert Wachendorff from Wachendorff Automation, the producer of innovative and robust encoders made in Germany, visited SPN, their Distributor in China. Together with Brian Liu, the Product Manager for WDG at SPN, they improve their successful and long term relationship with a bunch of marketing actions to increase their business.

On 7th June 2010 SCHMERSAL NEDERLAND B.V. received the "Distributor of the Year 2009" award
from Wachendorff Automation
GmbH & Co. KG.
The coveted trophy for “Distributor of the Year 2009” was presented by Robert Wachendorff, Managing Director, and Dieter Schömel, Product Manager, to the company SCHMERSAL NEDERLAND B.V. With this award Wachendorff Automation acknowledged the successful performance of its distributors in 2009 – and in particular of the SCHMERSAL NEDERLAND B.V. company – in identifying new projects, supporting their customers and increasing their sales turnover. Do we need encoders with 25,000 PPR?
Robert Wachendorff, Managing Director of Wachendorff Automation GmbH & Co. KG, answered this question during the Technical Press Days for Automation in Karlsruhe with a resounding “Yes”. Many industrial sectors today are working with considerably higher resolutions.
Using an example from the machine building sector, Robert Wachendorff demonstrated how a new technical development in an incremental encoder - can provide the impetus for the further development of a complete system, as well having an effect on its overall performance and productivity.

German Minister praises the commitment of Wachendorff
Joint Managing Directors, Dr. Peter Wachendorff and Robert Wachendorff were pleased to welcome the German Minister for Education and Research, Dr. Annette Schavan and a high-ranking delegation from business and politics. The delegation included, amongst others, Frau Petra Müller-Klepper,the local candidate for the State Parliament of Hessen and Klaus-Peter Willsch, member of the German Bundestag for the Rheingau-Taunus/Limburg region. These prominent visitors were visibly impressed by the high level of investment, to the tune of several million euro, that Wachendorff had invested from its own resources in research, development and quality assurance.
